Our Story

Teo, Saw & Partners

Teo, Saw & Partners was established under the joint effort of Mr Teo Hock Song and Ms Saw Mei Kee. Both partner began operating their respective firm by sole proprietorship (Formerly known as Teo Hock Song & Co and M.K.Saw & Co). Having understand the requirement to reach and serve more community, they started to moot the idea and subsequently formed partnership on 1^st January 2019. The head office is set up in Klang, Selangor and two branches in Johor Bahru, Johor and Puchong, Selangor

Teo, Saw & Partners offers a wide range of practical legal solution including banking, general corporate and commercial law, conveyancing and real estate law and general litigation and others.

Partners

Teo Hock Song graduated from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) with a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honour in 2013. He was reading in the chamber of Shirley Loh Siew Lee of Messrs Siew Lee & Co and was then called to the Malaysian Bar on 2014. He continues his practice at Messrs, Jacqueline Lee & Co. Mr Teo Hock Song formed his sole proprietorship as Messrs TEO HOCK SONG & CO in 2017, and start the partnership in 2019. He exposed to a great variety of cases and has attended to various conveyancing matters including project development, sub-sale documentation, loan documentation, tenancy drafting, and etc. He was appointed as Legal Advisor for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Newspaper Distributors, Vendors’ Association from 2022 to 2025.

He believes creating customer satisfaction by delivering quality and professional service will keep the firm grows.

Saw Mei Kee graduated from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) and being called to the Malaysian Bar in 2015, she then commence her practice at Messrs. Chiong & Partners. She has started operating MK Saw & Co in the year 2017 and she has vast knowledge in general conveyancing matters and litigation matters such as employment disputes, tort and defamation, land, debt recovery, commercial and civil litigation. Ms Saw persists to provide practical legal solution in a timely and professional manner which solution-oriented.

Lisa Seah Pei Voon graduated from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours). She completed her pupillage at Shearn Delamore & Co and was called to the Malaysian Bar in August 2014. Thereafter she pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a boutique law firm, Putri Norlisa Chair, which merged with Adnan Sundra & Low in 2018. Her areas of practice include general corporate commercial law, property related or real estate transactions, conveyancing matters, banking and finance.

Vinnie Tan Poh Ming graduated from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours). She completed her pupillage at Joseph Ting & Co and was called to the Malaysian Bar in September 2015. She continues to serve as a legal assistant in Joseph Ting & Co after she was called to Bar. Vinnie’s primary areas of practice is conveyancing (both sale and purchase transactions and loan transactions) and she has been involved in leading numerous development projects by reputable Developers in the Klang Valley which covers sale and purchase transactions, refinancing, loan and security documentations as well as banking and business loan documentations.
